Can this PC build handle Unreal Engine 4?

So I am looking into building a computer that can handle unreal4. currently my laptop (Processor 2.3 GHz Intel Core i7 Memory 16 GB 1333 MHz DDR3 Graphics AMD Radeon HD 6750M 1024 MB) can’t handle it. I have a budget of about $680. I have spent hours comparing graphics cards and what not but I am not 100% sure if I should try to wait till I can increase my budget or if the setup I have picked out right now would be able to handle the unreal engine 4 editor at mid to high settings.

I have used gpuboss.com to compare this card to others such has the suggested AMD radeon HD 6870, Nvidia Geforce GTX 470, and the GTX 750 Ti. It seems to rank better than all of them. any suggestions?

Personally, I’ve been rocking the GTX 750 and it’s amazing. It just runs without any driver errors or visual issues as I’ve always had before with other GPUs. But this build looks great! It’s almost exactly like mine, and I run editor around 50-60 fps solid (30 when I’m pushing the engine kind of hard)

Ic. I have heard lots of people suggesting the GTX 750 as the one to use.
Sapphire Radeon R9 270 vs MSI GeForce GTX 750 Ti from this website though it seems the R9 270 outperforms it? Perhaps you could explain what sort of problems you had with other GPUs? I am still very much up in the air over which I should buy.
