When i start installing UE 4.7.6 in the ‘Engine Version’ section of ‘Unreal Engine’ tab, it shows the EULA error. The screenshot of the error is in the attached file. Please reffer it.

I’ve only seen a similar error once before and the excepted answer here was the fix for it.
If that doesn’t work, try the steps here.
Once you work through those, if you are still getting the error, follow the steps towards the bottom of the of that link to generate your Debug Logs. Then post them here along with your Dxdiag (systems specs).
C:\ProgramData\Epic\UnrealEngineLauncher\
the above address exist in my system but C:\ProgramData\Epic\UnrealEngineLauncher\Data\EMS dosen’t.
Should i wait for launcher to download ‘Data’ folder content?

That was a old post when the launcher was just the UnrealEngine Launcher. It’s now the EpicGames Launcher so try looking for Epic\EpicGamesLauncher instead.

There are 303 png only no other files exist there.
now epic launcher has started downloading some data lets see if this solves the problem.
Please let us know how it goes! We’re investigating the issue on our end in the meantime.

i have attached dxdiag file. the problem still exists now i can click install button but after 1hr of time it still says ‘please wait’.
hey its just started off. I think the update of launcher has solved the issue.
