Is there a way to download UE4 on a PC and install it on another?
I performed a clean install on my desktop PC and now cannot re-install UE4 because of my internet. I was able to install the launcher but whenever I try to install the engine I get code 1. I do not think this is not an issue with the launcher just my internet is quite useless and does not get along with certain servers. Have the same issue with Origin and Dropbox.
I do have an old laptop and I do go places where I can actually download things but I have not found a way to get the UE version over to my desktop. Can anyone help me here or is UE4 only for people with a high speed cable internet connection?

A good internet connection would be nice, since the Engine uses a few GB. Although as long as your internet connection doesn't die while loading the engine (and even when it should continue loading where it stopped) you should have no problems.
I don't really know if you could just copy the engine from one pc to another but you could test it. It should be stored somewhere at C:/program files/Unreal Engine/VersionNumber
You could try to just move this whole folder over to your pc, but i guess this will also take awhile.
