Try going to the launcher>Unreal Tournament>Create page and enter the dropdown menu. Select “Verify”. Once this has run through, please try to open the editor again and see if this fixes the error.

I haven’t been able to reproduce this on my end, try going to your windows explorer and find your Unreal Tournament folder. Go to Unreal Tournament>Unreal Tournament Editor>UnrealTournament and open the Unreal Tournament.uproject file located there.

I think there is some confusion. Are you using the Unreal Tournament Editor or the Unreal Engine? For instance, when you load up the launcher, where do you go to launch the engine. Do you use the Unreal Tournament tab and go to “Create” or do you go to the Unreal Engine tab and launch from either the “Launch” button or the Library? This makes a difference in which filepath you will be looking for.

ok, what is held within the Unreal Engine filepath. Do you have an Unreal Tournament folder in there or does it have another folder?

No UT folder just 4.4, 4.7, DirectXRedist and Launcher

At this point I’m going to recommend going into windows explorer and, in the searchbar type “UnrealTournamentEditor” then run that search on your harddrive(s). The 4.4 and 4.7 are the engines but they probably just link to the editor.exe, which would work except that the UTEditor is specific to the UT project, which should be listed as UnrealTournament.uproject. If you can find the .uproject you should be able to manually load the project by bypassing the launcher files entirely. Try to find these files to see if it works for you. This may take some time depending on how large your harddrive is and how much data you have on them.

Not a problem at all! If you could, in that UT folder there should be a saved/logs/ file, please upload the logs .txt here so I can take a look.
