Crash Unreal Engine

I’m sending you this crashreport because it’s not first time when i can’t play unrealengine games. I don’t know what’s reason and i hope you guys can help me. Two months ago i purchased UT3 Black Edition on Steam and i can’t play it because there is some error APPCRASH.EXE / KERNEL.DLL and something else. I didn’t find any solution for it ( i tried every single fix which i found in internet ) so i think you guys are my only hope.

First of all game you mention is UE3 game note UE4 game, does have any UE4 to test out? Also logs you pasted does not have any crash information, what this EpicGamesLaucher? it does not seem to be game logs
