Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

Landscape grid resizing

Hello everyone,

I created a landscape and my grid is so tiny it looks too bad, I have been trying to figure out how to resize the grid through google and youtube but all of the tutorials is how to create a landscape and not how to edit the grid afterwards.

Thank you in advance.

Hi Wolf5659,

You can change the grid component size by doing the following:

  • Select the Landscape tool in the modes selection

  • Select Manage

  • Use the Drop down and select "Change Component Size"

  • This will bring up options similar to when you created your landscape.

You can apply the changes there.

I hope this is helps.

Tim

Thank you so much,

I managed to find that before but I didn't know how to use it, when I change the numbers and apply nothing happens. Do I have to chose the grid 1 by 1? or does it work on the whole map?

Here is what I am talking about, see how the texture is so tiny? It almost looks like pixels.alt text

Hmmm seems to work now, tried it a billion times before but it didn't do anything in the past, could it be a bug?

Thanks a lot, my problem is solved ;)
