Scene Capture shows only black or green

Everytime I create a scene capture 2d or a cube capture and hook it up to a render target it is just black, sometimes also green. I can’t see the image captured by the camera just a black/green texture. In other projects it works just fine. Maybe I’m just not smart enough but I can’t find the cause.

I am using version 4.7.4 and the project where it doesn’t work is set up for fully dynamic lightning. Also in the world settings I ticked “force no precomputed lightning”.

I just solved it myself…kind of…
In the project settings under Rendering I unticked “allow static lightning” (I didn’t know ther was an option like this so I hadn’t unticked it before) and somehow it worked. At first it was green like before but then it turned into the captured picture. Even though it is working now I have no idea why.
