Can't deploy to iOS in 4.8 Preview

Here's the error i get every time i try to deploy to iOS:

It looks like you are attempting to launch a code-based game without building the executable first. We are looking to make this more seamless in the final release, but for now, just utilizing File|Package|IOS to build the game initially and then Play On Device should work for you.

A code based game? My project is blueprints only, i dont deal with c++. I Did install the Ikinema Runtime plugin, but idk if i enabled it. I Copied my 4.7 project and converted it to 4.8. It Deploys fine on 4.7

In 4.8, we now detect if a plugin has been enabled for content-only projects and will build a new executable including the plugin for the game if necessary. In 4.7, we never include any enabled plugin for content-only project, so that would explain the difference. However, the initial 4.8 preview didn't include a number of bug fixes for mobile, so it could very well be one of the bugs related to content-only projects and detecting whether they should be built.

So what do u think it could be? Was it the plugin i downloaded or was it just a problem with 4.8 preview?
