Crash with lightmaps. (cant import after baking)

I use ue4 4.8 branch git source code version. win64.

I get this crash every time i try to bake my lightmaps. It crashes when it wants to import the lightmaps.

Whats not normal. it shouldn’t happen.

Someone has an idea where i can look for the origin of this crash?

Hi Wanderer -

Are you receiving this crash on a Template Level or your own level? If your own level can you perhaps identify a specific asset which causes this issue? Are your assets brought into the level with pre-made light maps from Max or Maya or are you autogenerating the maps?

Lastly since you are using the gitHub 4.8 can you try to rebuild the UE4 solution to insure that the issue is not from a build error?

I fixed the crash. I had BSP boxes that caused this crash. I dont know why, they worked a long time. After i converted the BSP boxes to a mesh, it worked. I hope this doesnt happen again. Its really difficult to fix this kind of crashs.
