Morph targets breaking mesh?
Has anyone else had trouble previewing morph targets in Persona? When I alter the weight of my target, some random vertices get stuck preventing some of the mesh from deforming. In Maya everything works fine with the blend shape, but in UE4 it's having some trouble. In my example the mesh is just trying to shrink down, but the top middle verts stay put. Any advice?

I know this post is old, but for people having this problem, your model must have UVs ! I hope this helps for future reference.
