Using PhAT

Hi Folks,

I recently started playing around with Physics Asset Tool. I was able to set my character up with a few physics bodies and also a few constraints on each body. I also kept the physics blend at 0.7. But When I run it in PIE, and make it collide with a static mesh actor (that blocks all), my body doesn’t respond to the collision. I have attached a picture showing the setup of physics bodies and also on what happens when it touches a static mesh. I have also attached another pic that shows what happens when physics simulation is enabled on static mesh. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

This is how my physics bodies are setup. I am particularly interested in the wings (2 boxes) to respond to collision with other static mesh objects in the environment.

When I turn on the physics simulate for the cube, I get a response, but on the wrong object.
