Terrain stretching and flickering

Hi All,

I’ve been experiencing a strange issue with some Terrain. Its difficult to describe so here are some before and after shots:

I’ve tried rebuilding the Terrain a few times all ending in the same strange result.

All options on Landscape are defaults except for MaxLOD being changed to 0, although this was happening before that change.

NOTE: as a temp fix, if I move the landscape slightly and then CTRL+Z back to the original point it fixes it. Although as soon as I close and re-open the level it happens again.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Did you ever fix this? We are having the exact same issue right now.

Unfortunately not, however it did go away for a time after an engine update (4.6 > 4.7) then came back again briefly after updating to 4.8 but now 4.9 seems to have fixed it. I have found no way to repro it as it seems to happen so randomly.
