Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

AI Character is floating towards you after animation is played

I have simple behaviour tree set up, so the the AI character chases after the player. The running of the AI character is fine. However, once the AI has attacked you, then the character will simply float towards you. How do I make the AI character run again properly after the attacking animation has been played?

How do you make your AI "Attack" If you're using the BT PlayAnimation task then that used to have a bug that was not resetting AI character's animation blueprint. But that has been fixed already (I just don't remember if it was in 4.7 or 4.8 :D).
