Pack or launch to mobile not working

Hi, I have done every thing for the Android development kit, already instal Tegra Development and set all the variables, the device or cellphone is been recognize, but when pack and launch on phone the game start but I end with a black screen. I have check the compression settings.

PLEASE HELP!!!

You will need to grab the game logs from the device using either adb logcat or the SDK’s debug monitor tool.

Hi Adric.Worley I have discover that with new android hardware it runs but with my Samsung galaxy S3 and others wont work.

With a new version of the Engine comes new fixes and it is possible that this issue has changed or may no longer occur. I have a few questions for you to help narrow down the issue that you are experiencing.

Quick questions:

  1. When you say “Engine version 5 & 6” do you mean 4.5.1 and 4.6?
  2. Can you give me the exact steps you used to get the error massage?
  3. Are you trying to launch your game on your mobile device?
  4. Are you still trying to launch to Samsung galaxy s3?

Hi, :diamonds::diamonds: STAFF sorry for the late response, I work almost 14 hours a day and I don’t have much time to respond quickly.

To get the error message, I just hit pack for PC 32bit.
The game is targeting PC and Mobile, but I haven’t try to re-Pack the game for mobile yet. I’m trying to packaging for PC.

Are you still trying to launch to Samsung galaxy s3? YES!!!
