Blueprints move to origin when using PIE

I’m seeing a very intermittent issue, and have for ages, in which blueprints will shift to 0,0,0 when launching the game in PIE. This occurs with any number of blueprints located within a number of submaps.

It’s pretty alarming, and I’ve got no idea what the cause may be. Has anyone else seen this, or have any potential solutions to prevent it?
