Why am I unable to import proper FBX from Cinema 4d?

I am loosing my mind here. It seems that no matter how I do it, I always get the error “overlapping UVs” and therefor the shadows and materials look bad. Plus when I import an FBX with several meshes, there seems to be no way to get them all at once in the editor, keeping their original koordinates. They always sorta “explode” when I drag and drop them from the library in the editor.

Please help me fix this, because If I can’t import my models from Cinema 4d correctly into U4, the whole product becomes useless to me and I would have to go back to use Unity. (There the FBX import from Cinema works fine)
