Blend per Bone (One Bone)

How do you use Layerd Blend per Bone on only 1 bone.

That does not quite answer my question. How do I do it to only one bone or to a specific chain on bones? Lets say from the Pelvis to the head bone not including arms and legs?

You might want to take a look at using an additive animation. You can have the full character skeleton animated and have one bone (or multiple bones) within the hierarchy move around.
