Emissive lighting on a video material?

I’m working on a virtual concert in UE4 and I wondered if there is a way to make a video material/texture emit light dynamically. The best comparison would be how a tv works in a dark room. The lights on the tv would light up the room around it, that is the kind of effect I am trying to achieve. I’ve heard about textures/materials being able to emit light if they are on a static mesh (currently I’m using brushes since its easier for my setup) but I dont believe that works on video/animated materials/textures.

Any help would be appreciated.

There is a simple solution, all you have to do is set the shading model to unlit and then copy this blueprint.

Any results? I didn´t get the light affecting the walls os the floor…
