My launcher will not run

I just downloaded Unreal Engine 4 to my computer, installed the launcher, but the launcher just will not run.
My computer setup:
Windows 7 Professional 64-bit.
2 x AMD Opteron 254 processors - 2.79 GHz and 1 core each - a total of 5.7 GHz.
12 GB of ddr1 RAM.
NVIDIA Quadro FX 3450/4000 SDI: 256 MB of gddr3 memory

Even in the start menu, the launcher is highlighted in red. Is my hardware compatible? The launcher runs on 2 other laptops have smaller RAM and processors, the only difference are those being gddr5 graphics and ddr3 RAM. My question is: does the launcher require gddr5 and/or ddr3? Or is something else still wrong?

Hi Cerberus3D,

I believe the issue maybe with your graphics cards. The 3450 only supports up to Directx 9 and a Directx 11 compatible card is required to run the Launcher/editor.

Here is our recommended specs.
