Trying to update from 4.0.1 to new patch today on OSX 10.9.2 and every 1-2% I get this error.
Might have been too hasty, it appears to be working now, up to 50%. Previously it failed 10+ times but the patch had just showed up.
Successfully downloaded now, guess it was just the initial rush of people downloading
