How to package a game?

How do I go about packaging my game? I already read through Packaging Unreal Engine Projects | Unreal Engine 5.2 Documentation , but it didn’t work. I also needed to package it for Windows 64bit, but the only option was Windows 32bit. Please give step by step, as when I tried on my own the recipient said the game crashed every time they tried to open it.

I am going to need a bit more information from you before I begin looking into this issue. Would you be able to attach your DXdiag to this post? Also, would you be using a Binary (Launcher) or Source (GitHub) version of the Engine? What is the exact build version you are using to test this issue?
