Lighting Problem - Spawned Blocks Near Black

I am going through the “Runner Game Tutorial” on the UE4 Youtube Playlist.

I am on Video 2 where I spawn 10 floor tiles.

The first tile seems ok, but the rest of them all come out almost pitch black on the dark side.

Do i need to add a secondary light source? or increase ambient lighting somehow?

why does the first one come out fine bu the rest have problem. they are all generated form the same for loop
