Texture coordinate and material wrong, and some smoothing groups wrong

Using 4.7.6
My model was working good, up until my last revision. For some reason, some of the smoothing groups are missing, and part of the texture is overlapping seen in the picture. The UV’s are not actually overlapping, and the model looks fine in 3DS max and substance painter. Also in the pipe that is wrong it is a grey color, but on the correct pipe it is a darker color like it is supposed to be. Anyone know hats wrong, or how I can fix this?
