How do I make ghosting on my character?

I was wondering how I can achieve a ghosting/after-image/fast-moving effect that is only shown/affecting on my character! :slight_smile:

I mean, an effect like Street Fighter EX2 Plus’s “Excel” mode.

Mondo from Killer Is Dead has it too when he goes into “Cutting Mode”.
