Can't buy content from marketplace - Error Code E70-1000

Hi,

I’m unable to buy anything on the marketplace. I get the following error code:

Purchase Failed!

An error occured processing your request, please try again.
Error Code: E70-1000

Hi there!

So it looks like from that particular error that you’re getting a purchase error and it’s having trouble creating the order. Here’s what I suggest. Make sure your payments are up to date, make sure the version of the launcher is up to date and try downloading it again. If that still doesn’t work, contact our customer support department directly with your EpicID, the name of the pack you tried to buy and the exact purchase error. They should be able to find out if there’s something on your end account side. If this doesn’t work, come on back here and we’ll try to get it straightened out.
