Cyrilic equal problems

I have found the problem with equal, ignoring case. The problem is that when comparing two identical Cyrillic strings, equal have a false result.
Example:
тра==ТрА

Equal will have a false result.

Same problem with, to upper, to lower, case dont work with Cyrilic.
