Why triggers the overlaping actors in an much bigger place than the actual box is?

hey guys  i have an issue with my blueprint , where i try to get enemies within my meleebox damaged.

the point is not getting them damaged , it does , but the range they get hit (and overlap , watching this value) is a way bigger than the actual box.(the overlapping actors target reference doesnt matter , tried it with the box refered to it too)

i was thinking about this , maybe it triggers because the overlapping actors reference collects all characters who interact with the pathnodevolume .
but then i saw some weird thing that it triggers not on the whole surface , just till the red line

i dont understand why the actual size where they overlap is that big , can anyone help me with that? it got pretty wrecked when i installed 2.7 i think, because i never saw it happen like this before

okay i found the problem^^ it was the overlapping events , it was checked on the mesh And the Hitbox of the enemie . corrected this to hitbox only and it worked
