Decals don't show in mobile build?

I tried building the Decals level from Content Samples and none of the decals/textures showed up in the mobile build. Is this the expected behavior?

Hi Ian. I don’t believe we support decals on mobile, but I’ve requested more information from our platform team for verification.

but ，decals are supported on tablet computers，Samsung T800 S8 is supported，So, I don’t know if it’s Resulting the phone Edition?
