Hi -
Lets start by clearing out and validating your Swarm Cache:
- Open Swarm Agent from the taskbar > Menu > Cache > Click Clean and Click Validate
- Navigate to the following file path and delete all folders while the editor is closed: X: / Users / [Your Computer Name] / AppData / Local / UnrealEngine /
Note: This folder is a hidden system folder. Make sure to unhide system folders first to see it.
Also you want to look at your instance static meshes as their lightmap resolution may need to be reduced based on the warning you are being given. This could be causing a memory (RAM) issue if the resolutions are extremely high which in turn can corrupt the Swarm Building.
Let me know if these steps do not solve your issue -

I cannot find the Swarm Agent
It will be installed in C:\Program Files\Epic Games\4.7\Engine\Binaries\DotNET\SwarmAgent.exe. Once started you can find it in Windows Taskbar icons:

sorry for the trouble (and such a late reply), but I cannot find X:, and it did show hidden files
X: is arbitrary drive letter, it should be your primary or only hard drive. For most this drive is C: drive.

Yes those are them.
