Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

How Creating a Tutorial Works

Hello! First off, I'd like to say, I attempted to see if there was a similar question - I didn't seem to find one; mostly, when searching "tutorial", I'd just get results on different tutorial videos and tutorials.

But I'm most interested in the actual event, the tutorial.

My big question, basically, is in "Tutorial to Start", how I make it consider an Asset a tutorial. I want to select the Asset that I'd wanted to use (TutorialLevel in the 'Open Asset' file), but I have a total of "None" in the drop down box.

I'm quite new to UDK and may be going about all of this completely wrong, so any help would be appreciated. Thank you for any answers, and for patience. =)
