Error: 1 when attempting to instal UE4

Everytime I attempt to install Unreal Engine 4 (any version) it fails and displays an error code: 1

Try the steps in this section of the troubleshooting guide. Then if the error still occurs, post your Dxdiag (system specs). Directions on where to find your system specs can be found towards the bottom of that link.
