After the installation, I went and click the UE editor but it is unable to start correctly. What should i do?

We are going to need some additional information.
What did you mean by it’s unable to start correctly? Are you receiving any sort of error message?
Next we need to determine if it is the Launcher or the editor that is causing the issue. Try opening the editor directly by going to the UE4Editor.exe.
The default location is:
C:\Program Files\Unreal Engine\4.8\Engine\Binaries\Win64
(Please keep in mind that your file path may differ slightly.)

Im still getting this problem and even the directory has not been created as you mentioned. so what couls be the problem

It sounds like an install issue. However, this report is fairly old and didn’t have a conclusion. Could you create a new report in the Installation and Setup section. Make sure to include as much info as possible.
