Which Program do you take to create Static Mesh?
Cinema 4D ?
Blender ?
Autodesk 3Ds Max ?
3Ds Max/Maya
Blender, but all three options should work (as well as Maya, as Gunnar mentioned). Each program has its pros and cons, the choice is up to you!
