Can I use UE4 with my laptop?

Just like what the question suggests, I wonder if I can run and use UE4 on my laptop at least not very very laggy (or something like that). Here is my spec:
1. Processor: Intel(R) Core™ i5-3230M CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.60 GHz
2. RAM: 4 GB
3. OS: Windows 8.1

I can afford to buy a new PC, but I’m talking about my laptop here. A mobile PC, so that I can still work on my projects anywhere. So, will my laptop be able to use UE4 or not? And from the range of 1 to 10, how often will the program crash since it is not close enough to the recommended spec?

I think your laptop is fine. I’m running laptop Windows 7 with 2 GB RAM and I have a lower GHz than yours (1.73). I have a 64-bit. So based off of how much I crash I would say 9-10. (It’s rare i crash.)
