How to fix 'RunUAT.bat ERROR: AutomationTool was unable to run successfully'?

I got this error on 2 project when i tried to pack/cook them, they both had 2 maps (with starter content 5 maps), and the node “Load map” or something like that. But i made some other UE4 games without making another map (but still there were 3 starter content map) it worked fine (packed fine).
Any ideas on how to fix this error?

P.S I also tried it on the 4.8 review

I found whats triggering the error, changing the Game Icon

How to change Game Icon?

You can change the game icon by going into the project settings. For example: Edit > Project Settings > iOS > scroll down to Required Icons

Once you’re at that page, you can upload new icons for your project.

Windows Game Icons aren’t changing currently due to UE-1419. However, if you are trying to change the game icon or the splash screens, you’d find the options under Edit > Project Settings > Platforms > Android/iOS/Windows/etc and then you would simply scroll down until you saw the icon and splash screen options.

Are you running into an error when you’re trying to change icons?
