Packaging win32 from command line fails

im using the following command line
“C:\Program Files\Epic Games\4.8\Engine\Build\BatchFiles\RunUAT.bat” BuildCookRun -project=“E:\Projects\DogFight\DogFight.uproject” -noP4 -platform=Win32 -clientconfig=Development -serverconfig=Development -cook -allmaps -build -stage -pak -archive -archivedirectory="E:\Projects\DogFight\Build\WindowsNoEditor"

Then it gives the following errors:

it keeps deleting the following folder…

AutomationScripts and then failing because it needs that folder…
