Android Black Screen Before Game Loads?

After finally managing to package a 9 month old project on android and it working, I have noticed that every single time I launch the app there is a black screen with 3 white dots in a circle down the bottom right for around 5-10 seconds before the game actually loads?

I am wondering what this is and how I can get rid of it?

That is the button on the black screen yes, and also stays once the game has loaded.

After reading the ‘instructions’ on that forum, I am confused as to what to do, as the people on it say you need to edit menu.xml which I do not know the location of?
Also it does not explain the black screen for around 10 seconds before loading the game?
