Camera blocking volume problem

Hello, so I made a camera with a Springarm as its parent. I recently discovered camera blocking volumes, and started playing a little with them using a top-down perspective.The problem is that, since the camera has a springarm component, it will just zoom in to the character rather than just stopping. Is there any way to block the camera from moving? Kind of like whenever you get to the edge of the screen it just stops there.

This exactly happens to me. I have no idea how to fix this. Did you ever find a way? Makes me wonder if Camera Blocking Volume is broken. I search everywhere and seems like no one wants to answer or no one knows an answer.

I cant see what they do at all.
My player camera still goes through the volume and into the walls of the mesh I’m trying to protect with the volume.
I don’t get what it is they do.
