Epic Games Launcher doesnt open a thing

Hi, I have:
AMD Phenom™ 9150e Quad-Core Processor 1.80 GHz
6 GB of ram
Windows 7 Ultimate Service Pack1 64 bits
NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430
I have DirectX 11

Whenever I try to launch it, the cursor spins but it never opens. I tried running as an administrator and is the same.
Tried rebooting the pc and same thing.

Hi dUNmA,

Even though you have Directx 11 installed, your graphics card only supports up to Directx 9. You must have a Directx 11 compatible card in order to run the Launcher or editor.

Here is what we recommend:

  • Desktop PC with Windows 7 64-bit or a Mac with Mac OS X 10.9.2 or later

  • 8 GB RAM

  • Quad-core Intel or AMD processor

  • DX11 compatible video card
