Best Place to Save Assests
I've got assets from designers and assets I've bought online.
Where would be the best place to save them, on the SSD that I run UE4 from or on my backup HDD?
Will I notice any hang time if I was to put them on the HDD then import from there?
Ideally I want to put them on the HDD, but I also want to maintain a speedy workflow.
I've currently only got about 5/6gb of assets, so putting that on my SSD would be fine, but overtime I expect that folder to grow.

HDD is fine, your workflow shouldn't suffer any speed penalties since you aren't doing a ton of read/writes normally when using the editor. In the end, the size of the HDD is far more important than the performance for development.
