[Bug] Motion blur bug when pausing viewport

With the new motion blur in 4.8 a new bug appeared when you pause the game (I am using Simulate) in the basic template, when you move the camera around while paused the characters will blur immensely. I didn’t add/change any post process settings and I am using the third person BP example.

Thank your for the report (again). I have been able to reproduce this internally and have reported it as UE-17047. We are currently investigating a solution and I will keep you up to date here.
