Hi i still got that error E40-0 and i got it for around 1 moth ago but i didn’t use UE4 then so i ignore it hoping that it will be repaired in updates it was with UE 4,76(don’t remember that for sure) and i still got that error in UE 4,8.
Plz for any solution

I know TJ answered this in another post but I thought I’d answer you here anyway just to make sure you got this. Try to update your launcher and download the content again. That should just be a temporary error.

Hello u should read that post again where TJ respond to me and tell me to make another topic if this wont help so yes it wont help got same problem on 1PC and 2 Notebook cant download free content

I got this error with every free items. What is funny today i try this again on notebook ad it succed dunno why didnt change anything, update anything either. But still cant download that on my other notebook and PC…

Try downloading it again and see what happens, in the meantime if you can send me your Epic ID, e-mail and the exact names of the submissions giving you this error to this address: marketplace-support@unrealengine.com. I’ll get that information over to someone who can look into it on our end. Let me know if anything changes or if you have any other questions.
