Crash when building light on 4.8

My editor crashes when I try to build the lighting , crashes at 33% only on 4.8.
Dont have this problem on 4.7
I already uninstalled and reinstalled both versions. but nothing changes for 4.8.
I also deleted the smav folder in the local one as I read in another similar post but nothing changes.

And when I open the project (doing the office tutorial) I work on now I got these load errors :

I`m really not a techie and Im just trying to learn ue4 for fun.

If someone could help in a language I can understand lol, Id really appreciate. Thank you.

After reading other posts I saw that by unchecking allow static lighting in he project settings, it should resolve my situation. Actually I was able to build the lighting after doing that but now I have some unwanted location changes for some of my floors etc… … I’m desperate lol …Im still looking for info online but hopefully someone will help me ^^
