Add components to blueprint in content browser outside of runtime

Anyone know a way to add components to a blueprint in the content browser without adding them at runtime?

I have a button I created in the editor and I would like it to populate a blueprint with a bunch of static meshes. I can get it to work if I add them at runtime but then they all disappear when I stop the player in editor.

Any ideas? (hope this explanation made sense :slight_smile:
