Launching simple project to android

Not sure what I am missing. I am attempting to test out onscreen button on my project. I have a simple scene, that is set as default in editor and play. I can package for andoid or use the launch button and it completes with no errors. Builds just fine to my nexus 7. How ever when I launch it it give a black screen for a moment and then force closes. Any thoughts on what I may be missing on building?

For testing purposes I tried to build flappy bird to the same device and it worked just fine.

I have tried DXT compress, and ETC2 compression as well as the default one and non of them are making any sort of difference. So any help in figuring this out would be greatly appreciated. Whatever additional information you need from me I would be happy to provide, Thanks.

Try turning of Mobile HDR in ProjectSettings>Engine>Rendering

Hi Sickin,

Can you grab the log file from the folder you packaged your project in (Should be located in your “Project Name”/Saved/Logs folder). This might help give us a clue as to what is happening when your run the game.
