I am stuck at 90 percent installing UE4

Hello,
holidays are coming and i want to have some fun creating maps in UE4, but i have a problem. When i start downloading UE4 via Epic games launcher it stucks at 90 percent, so i cant download it. I tried everything on this sitewiki.unrealengine.com/Troubleshooting_Launcher_Problems . All important files are here: DxDiag.txt | Ulož.to Disk EpicGamesLauncher-backup-2015.06.21-14.25.28.log | Ulož.to Disk EpicGamesLauncher.log | Ulož.to Disk . Sorry for bad English.

Hi Damib,

Have you made sure that launcher and engine are marked as exceptions in your firewall? Additionally, do you get any errors when you attempt to install?

Hi Damib!

Maybe, it’s not same as your trouble, but I met install error with UE4 4.8 and error came at 90% of install sequence.
That error cause Anti-malware tool’s check. file(unrealcefsubprocess.exe) is in list of malware, so Anti-Malware tool work something and install is stop or failure.
I turned off Anti-malware tool’s real time monitoring option, then download and install was success.

I checked everything (means firewall etc.) and i dont have any malware protection.

Do you get any specific warnings or errors? Additionally, how much space do you have on your harddrive?

No, i dont get any specific errors etc… I will try to uninstall something if it may help, but i thing 60 GB is enough space.

Have you tried uninstalling launcher and doing a complete re-install?
