Crash on launch after install the tadp

i use ue4 4.8.0
before install the tadp there is no problem
but after the install the tadp
crash on launch every time i can’t even start the project

i delete and re-install the ue4 and tadp
but it continues
without tadp i can’t launch ue4
what should i do?
