How do I make a widget blueprint?

All videos, tutorials and documentation I’ve seen say to create a widget blueprint from ‘Add New → User Interface ->Widget Blueprint’ but the ‘User Interface’ menu is gone. I’ve tried to select it as a class when making a class blueprint but the closest I can get is a ‘UserWidget’. How do I use UMG and Widgets in 4.8?

Have you tried scrolling down the “Add New” menu? The User Interface menu is there for me in 4.8.0, alhough I have to scroll to see it, and the scroll bar isn’t the most obvious thing in the world
