Package failed

Hey guys,I don’t know why it says fail to load the Content files of Engine when I package in these problems of log.
Looks like it is failed to load the engine files,I don’t know how to fix these problem,thanks for you of giving me a help

In order to better assist you, I’m going to need the actual error attached to your next reply as a .txt file. Also, could you please try to package a blank template without any starter content? If that one also fails, please include those as well.

Have you tried making a copy of your project and actually packaging it in 4.8?

Thanks for your reply .Yes,actually I tried once package a new project without the starter content and package it as shipping,it comes out the same errors but it can package succeed and come out with files!!!

The that you posted are not the full . Could you please provide me the with the full ? In the editor go to: Window > Developer Tools > Output Log and you should be able to copy and paste all of that information after it’s failed packaging and place it into a text document.

Thanks for providing me with the full error . I see that you’re still in 4.7. Could you please create a copy of your project and update it to 4.8.1. Once you’ve done that, please try to package your game and provide me the error attached with your next reply.

Hey,thanks for your reply again,yes actually I used some files from it,but I found that when I move from 4.7.6 to 4.8.1,lots of errors come out strangely,for example,these errors this time weren’t showed last time yesterday,these are completely new.And also,lots of log errors in 4.8.1 weren’t showed up when I was using 4.7.6.
So I guess it must be something wrong with it,I will try fixed up redirectors in folder,it is such a wonderful suggestion idea!

It looks like a lot of ShooterGame and Sci-Fi Hall assets, materials and textures were used. If any of these files were removed or relocated within your project, I would suggest making sure that they’re deleted and not referenced anywhere within your project. Check the project file out in Windows Explorer too, to verify that the files are not still there by accident. I’d also suggest verifying your engine, deleting the: Intermediate, saved and config files from your project and going back into the editor and right-clicking within the content browser to select ‘fix up redirectors in folder’.

Could you please let me know whether or not deleting those files and fixing up the redirectors has helped your project at all?

You may need to migrate in those files from ShooterGame and SciFi Hall again, if it comes down to it. That’s really what the warnings and errors are complaining about, doesn’t seem to be anything regarding your original files, at least not at this time.
