Connecting Max MSP to UE4

As part of a project I need variables in UE4 to control parameters in MAX MSP and then for Max to play these sounds back in game. I’ve been trying to get OSC working between them but I can get it working right. Does anyone have any advice as to how I might succeed in connecting them.

I just wanted to check in and see if you had any luck with getting this working. This process is not something that is supported by the Engine “out of the box.” If you have managed to get it working, it might be worthwhile to put your changes into a plugin that you can offer in the coming Plugins section of the Marketplace.

If you are still having trouble with this, I can check with our sound engineer when he gets back from the holiday break to see if he has any ideas that might help.

My bad, yes I did get it working in the end it turns out that I hadn’t put a semi-colon after the IP address in the OSC plugin so I wasn’t receiving signals.

Hello! This has indeed been a while ago already, but I was wondering if you could explain a little bit how you got it to work? Beginner here (to both Max and UE4), but would love to integrate Max into a project that I’ve been working on.
